韩忠杰，天津大学数学学院教授，博士生导师，主要从事分布参数系统控制理论方面的研究。主要成果发表在SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics, IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Journal of Differential Equations, ESAIM-Control Optimisation and Calculus of Variations等控制理论及应用数学相关学术期刊，主持国家自然科学基金项目多项。
